Umbrella Raincoat Boots Clear tinsel or the plastic shredded tinsel used in gift wrapping Rubber cement or glue Sparkly body spray (optional)
Instructions: Open the umbrella and glue the tinsel to the edges of umbrella so it gives the effect of water running off it.
